Our extensive wire drawing facilities allow a wide range of diameters to be manufactured in both coil and bar. Our highly skilled maintenance team ensures that equipment is maintained to the highest standard to guarantee consistent product quality.
Our comprehensive heat treatment facilities provide the means to ensure that metallurgical microstructure is homogenous. Extensive process controls are applied to ensure that the correct material structures are maintained, whether the annealing process is the solution treatment of stainless steels or the full spheroidisation of alloy steels.
Our two lines for acid pickling and coating alloy and stainless steels give excellent conditioning of the material prior to drawing and annealing
We have the full range of packaging capabilities, from coil to spools, and from Z2s to layer winding. This ensures all our customer requirements can be met and that our products arrive in prime condition.
