Standard Deliveries – Short and accurate
By holding Strategic Raw Material Stocks we can manufacture and deliver an extensive range of products on short deliveries with exceptionally high levels of delivery accuracy.
Fox Fast Track
Available over the majority of our product range, Fox Fast Track ensures material is ready for despatch within 2 weeks from receipt of order; often providing customers with genuine competitive advantage and the ability to minimise their production cycles securing fasting order completion
Consignment Stocks
To guarantee that the material you require is available exactly when you need it we can, by prior agreement, reserve both Rod and Finished Size Stock:
Rod Stock: Offering the maximum level of flexibility to customers, dedicated rod coils are held in stock and drawn down to the customer’s specified diameter.
Finished Wire Stocks: (Reserved Inventory). Material is held at final size for a specific time guaranteeing that the material you need is available when you want it and will be delivered within 72 hours.
Lean Manufacturing: By agreement all call offs can be delivered within 24 hours fully supporting customers Lean Manufacturing Systems.
With a Consignment Stock agreed, it is not necessary for you to know exactly when material will be called off, only the time scale within which it will be required, enabling customers to save money, improve cash flow, free floor space and minimise administrative time.
